What to Expect
01

01. Initial appointment

A designer visits your home at no charge to take measurements, see what you have to work with and learn what features matter most to you.

02

02. Optional 3D Renderings

If you have a hard time visualizing your space with new materials or a different layout, our experienced 3D designers can develop renderings to show you how your project can look.

03

03. Detailed estimate

A proposal breaks the work into parts and will include realistic allowances for fixtures and tile. Different options can be priced to help you make a more-informed decision.

04

04. Selections and schedule

After deciding to accept the proposal, we will meet at Eagle Tile to make final selections. Our 3D designer can meet with us at Eagle Tile to add your design selections to your 3D renderings to show you how your project can look in real time. All final details are carefully documented. Then your installation week is assigned.

05

05. Installation week

Before work starts, the team reviews access, work areas and protection for your home. A lead installer keeps the project moving and communicates through the job.

06

06. Final walk-through and warranty

The project ends with a walk-through and final inspection. Serenity offers a one-year project warranty and a lifetime tile-installation warranty.

Client checklist: Prior to Starting

Prepare your home before installation begins.

  • Review your contract.
  • Know where your water main shut-off and breaker box are located.
  • Know where you’d like our job-site trailer parked on your property.
  • Remove any wall-hangings from the approach to the bathroom or kitchen.
  • Remove any furniture from the approach.
  • Remove or cover hard-to-clean items on tables and walls. Serenity will try to contain as much of the dust as possible. However, there will be some residual dust that cannot be contained.
  • Remove items from the bathroom including the vanity, linen cabinet/closet, and/or medicine cabinet.
  • If kitchen countertops are being replaced, remove all items from lower cabinets.
  • If kitchen cabinets are being replaced, remove all items from all cabinets and countertops. Serenity has Rubbermaid totes available for you to temporarily store your dishes and/or food. Please call the office to reserve the totes.
